As a music blog we get sent ALOT of music and this is the first time I’ve found something that I think is worth giving to you. That’s not to say that the rest of what we get sent is rubbish, although a fair amount is, but this is the first time we’ve got something that I think we’d cover if we’d found it somewhere else and it’s by a group who clearly have potential.

Portasound is a London based trio made up of brothers Michael and James Dow and Luke Bell and they sent us an awesome remix of Late Of The Pier’s ‘Broken’. This new year they played with the likes of Metronomy, Primary 1 and Friendly Fires so things are looking very promising. There really isn’t that much more to say really.
